I went there to order my drink but the staff weren't doing anything when I ordered, a staff friend was there and wanted to talk to hes friend.i wasn't really too busy but after 10 mins the staff was still talking to hes friend but after hes friend left he then took my order and finally doing it.

Bad service .. Act like busy her stuff dont care about Cousmer standing at counter

The order is pretty slow. Took 15 mins to get my drinks done and not even crowded..

Good service, but could definitely be better. There was one staff and she sounded kind of rude. Drink I ordered was Lychee Rose Jing Syuan and it was so good! Add on the Honkai Star Rail collab (especially as a Hoyoverse fan), this was a great experience! Loved the Kafka cup that came with my drink. Also pretty convenient as the nearest Liho to my school.

I hardly drink bubble tea except when I go for my run and I only patronise this store The staff is the best, particular this lady who immediately remembered my drink and it impressed me with this extra mile service!! Thumb up 👍🏻👍🏻
