Not a fan of Bak chok without pig liver BUT I decided to give it a try and I love it! I love how the texture of noodle tastes soft Sauce and spiciness are just right Making the overall food taste more tempting even after finished The mushroom is reallllly good. I didn’t expect it tastes good that I finished all. Overall can consider give it a try

2025: This is the longest surviving stall at this coffeeshop. They were part of the pioneer stalls when the coffeeshop opened ~15 years ago. Their longevity to outlast other stalls speaks volume of the quality of their noodles and the support they get from the neighborhood. It's hard to get this kind of noodle taste in Singapore and I'm glad they maintained their standards in 2025. Will return when in the area. Most definitely will plan a visit periodically. Back again in 2026. Still the same taste :) signboard changed.

Sharing this hidden gem serving good prawn noodles — highly highly recommended by my dad. - tasted like the traditional prawn noodles in the 1960s where smaller prawns are used. - $4 portion is sufficiently huge for normal adults - Mee pok is the best with the prawn noodles. QQ and not too hard. - Ingredients generous with pork meat, fishcakes and 2 prawns. Pork lard is crispy too! - Gao prawn broth - When you eat it to the end, the noodle is still hot 😂 My dad felt that no one really knows how good their prawn noodles are because the stall name has the word ‘fishball noodles’ — naturally you won’t think of ordering their prawn noodles when they’re so good! So if you’re into prawn noodles, do try this stall out which is one of my parents’ favourite prawn noodles in the west.

This stall has been here since en bloc. Boss is one of the nice ones who entertain my weird request. Also one of the very few stalls where my super fussy daughter finishes her bowl. Absolutely love their prawn noodles soup!!!
