This shop is another branch of Madras Coffee house. They have snacks, sweets, cakes and quick food like dosa, parata, idly, vada, utappam. The taste is good and food is catered from their main kitchen.
View on GoogleThe food here is incredible! 😋 I really enjoyed the combo menu, and everything was so affordable. The service was great too. The atmosphere was satisfactory, but it lacked seating, which meant I had to stand while eating. 🚶♀️ Still, the delicious food makes it worthwhile! 👍
View on GoogleVery much recommend this cosy eatery. Food is fresh tasty. Tea coffee rich fulfilling.
View on GoogleUnfortunately, this outlet has very poor respect for customers, especially one staff who speaks little English or Tamil but belittles customers when offers stated on displays are not avilable. (One can politely explain or remove misleading offers). Disrespect will never be tolreated by customers even if the price of food is cheap..also cleanliness, hygiene when used beverage containers are stackedup even when there are no customers around..no one semms to careto wash or clean the only availble table...Revised service, food tatste and hygines lower...The use of glass for coffee and tea should be replaced with paper cups without extra charge..as unsightly or unwashed glasses imply improper dishwashing..especially when workers seem to show a careless attitude...Another South Indian food outlet fails expectations!!! THIS OUTLET IS a short walk from, Bukit Batok West MacDonalds, past the wet market..near Broadway Hawker centre, walk past the Sheng Siong Super market...Blk 164...tucked away..next to a self serve laundry..opposite the block with a small Ntuc Fairprice super mkt,.Also near Canadian Pizza shop...It's a small place..few seating..best to take away or Stand-Eat style table corners..Best to try the coffee..specify less sugar if u don't like it sweet..drink it hot and best with Vadai or Samosa!! Outlets mostly in little india..set Veg South Indian Rice lunch Set!!...with gravy stewed/roasted vegetables mild spiced.and spicy "kulambu" or gravy..Rasam(pepper soup)..& yoghurt butter milk..all to be eaten with white rice=$5.50 only. Quality of food, food handling and service levels should improve 10 fold...sadly if this not taken seriously it would be another belly up business for sure..The Owner should take serious action...No amount of discount will save bad customer service or hygiene standard..after all time spent on washing gasses etc can be saved with paper cups and more time spent for customer service and food prep...old school when packaging is considered negative to business..one can only argue eco-friendly reusable plates and cutlery IF good visible cleanliness standards are shown..if not more sales if even morning breakfast sets can be packed and sent off for orders..but right now they don't.. or charge more for packing..if reasonable charge it's ok
