has the aglio olio sirloin steak and regretted it. the steak, was very overcooked and was quite tough. the pasta was bland and was a very small portion. the nuggets were crispy so no complains there. ordered iced black coffee from the drinks stall, and i saw the lady only pouring less than a quarter portion and filling the rest with ice, which is ridiculous considering it’s $1.60. second experience: tried the mixed rice and it was also a huge let down. good variety of dishes but everything tasted pretty bad. it’s as though they used the same stale oil to cook everything. the portions for each dish given was very little too, the omelette for example was so thin and had barely any egg in it. the only saving grace was the chilli, which was spicy. third experience: tried the chicken rice with char siew. another big let down unfortunately. the char siew was quite tough and had a weird after taste. the chilli was quite bland too and had no spice whatsoever. the chicken however was tasty.

Conveniently located at the junction next to Sheng Siong supermarket with chill atmosphere. Usually quiet and uncrowded atmosphere. A small sink near the entrance for washing hands is a welcome addition, as the restroom is behind the coffee shop. Food and drinks are generally good.

Western stall chicken cutlet standard has deteriorated greatly since I patroned 1 year ago, the chicken cutlet is over fried to the point that even the skin is burnt and charred, the meat also dried out. Not recommended

Just moved to this area and thought it will be a good breakfast place. Surprisingly the drink store is Kimly, such poor quality drinks. Ordered teh C kosong but cannot taste the teh. Prata is inconsistent, some are not really cooked and it’s a weekday, not a lot of crowd. Fish curry is decent.

Normally would visit this coffeeshop whenever I visit the clinic on the same stretch. Have not encountered any issue but probably coz I always ordered the same food - toast + teh lol. The new uncle is humorous. Told him wanted toast to be abit toasted he said ok chao da toast lol. In the end he said joking ah and gave me this. Thank you uncle. 😀 Fishball noodles stall is also not bad though haven't tried for very long. Environment is abit dirty but usually can't really find clean coffee shop anyway
