Super rude auntie at the counter. There was this short auntie that was always rude and she even just dropped the buzzer on the table instead of handing over to me properly.

14 Apr 2025’ Nam Kee Pau was one of my favourite noodles stall, last week I try to talk to the operators, their soup is getting more salty then usual, they couldn’t do anything about it, only reply: I don’t know, only their boss ! I thought I am trying to help them better?! Today I only bought a big pau but not the noodles any more. As my observation today: the effect of not able to adjust their food quality, there isn’t any queue during peck hour ! Too bad !! Most of the customers were not returned if their 1st experience was bad. I do hope they can be better, as we all need their cooked foods service isn’t it ?!

Will give it zero star if possible. Treat customers as if they are transparent. After ordered my food the person didn’t even acknowledge my order and continue to do her own stuff. Can’t wait for it to close down.

They used to make pretty nice buns. Nowadays, their buns are the worst I ever eaten in my life. You can't even feel the pork. Only feels like eating flour. Even their siew mai taste horrible.

The aunty manning the stall is quite impatient. Hopefully the service gets better. The food is standard, just like other branches. Always liked the big pau.
