Takeout only! Server was patient and customer service was excellent. The beef mazesoba was extremely tasty but a little salty, perhaps because I added all the Kokoro broth. Pleasantly surprised that a small portion of rice was also provided separately to finish with the remaining sauce, yums!

I used to love dining at Lequest Menya Kokoro. Years-months back, the taste and portion of ingredients were perfect, and it was a delightful experience. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing. I ordered the Chashu Mazesoba, and unfortunately, it lacked flavor. The noodles were undercooked, and the chashu was far from the grilled or charred perfection it used to have. The dish felt rushed and unbalanced, which was unexpected given my previous positive experiences. To make things worse, the white rice portion was almost nonexistent—barely filling 25% of the plastic container provided. As I observed, the overall ingredient portions have noticeably decreased, yet the prices continue to rise. This change feels unfair to loyal customers who expect the same quality and value they once received. Consistency is key in maintaining customer satisfaction, and sadly, it seems that standard has slipped. I believe the staff should be trained better to ensure the food quality and taste remain consistent across all work shifts.

My hubby bought some food back home from Menya Kokoro at Le Quest. I was surprised at the quality of food as I wasn't aware of Menya Kokoro's background back then. I really enjoyed the ramen and the bento sets. The karaage was huge and juicy, and there were 4 pieces. The beef bento was also really good. The side dishes like the potato salad was really good too. We had the mazesoba too which was also really delicious. I'm not a fan of mazesoba but I thought that the quality was really excellent. They had little bottles of vinegar, broth and soya sauce too. Overall very good quality of Japanese food.

Seriously the worst ramen I ever had in Singapore! Ordered 2x ramen and 4 piece Takoballs cost $39.02. and it taste like shit!

Good food and option around RCR region. Hope that they can last based on the pricing. Quite a number of shop closed down due too high price and food demand. We had similar food in nearby coffee shop but ends up the same outcome. Do consider adjusting the price because right now there is a shift of spending power due to WFH. Without it, I feel based on current market and situation, This neighbourhood may not be ready to spend this amount on a daily basis. I foresee there is one more shop facing challenges within next 1-2 year because of subway opening.
