Everybody knows yakun, everybody’s had yakun so you know what to expect here. The place is not really big so you gotta snipe whenever someone finishes and leaves their table. All the staff members are nice and pleasant, and the quality of the food is always good. Have been here a few times, and will definitely be back.

Coffee taste good 70% of our visit, highly dependent on who is the maker Toast is soft and not toasted enough. Kaya serving is per photo, couldn't taste the kaya at all.

I like yakun's eggs and coffee. But this north city branch really need to improve on their cleaning and layout. There are very few tables and seats in this branch, lots of boxes take up the available spaces. Tables are also very dirty. Looks like the staff do not clean the tables. Customers not only have to clear their tray after eating, they also have to clean the table themselves before their meal.

Ordered the ice kopi here on a hot day. Then I realized the bottom of the drink is still warm when I received it. Shortly after all the ice melted. The standard is lower in this branch. I don't have this issue at other stores at they will ensure the temperature of the drink it mixed properly before serving it to the guests
