Had breakfast at the newly renovated Toast Box at Northpoint today! ☀️ Really like the new self-ordering interface at the front where I could customise my drink (less sweet 🙌), and I appreciated that all the sauces were clearly labelled. The dark soya sauce tasted premium. 😋 The rest of food also feels like it has had an upgrade. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to for breakfast!

Most stupid and rude outlet ever, very poor experience at Toast Box Northpoint. Staff were unhelpful and did not bother to explain that ordering had to be done through the kiosk. Instead, they just told customers to order there lol without any clarification, which was confusing and frustrating. On top of that, the queue system was not followed properly as the queue number was not pressed, leading to unnecessary chaos. If self-order kiosks are being implemented, staff should at least guide customers properly. Service standards at this outlet are clearly lacking.

The newly renovated outlet at Toast Box Northpoint is very uncomfortable. The space feels extremely cramped, making it difficult to walk around or pass by others—you have to move very slowly and carefully, especially when carrying hot drinks. Although the lighting is bright, the area feels warm and stuffy. Compared to the previous layout, which was more spacious and cooler, the old setup was much more comfortable. Improvements are definitely needed.

My experience was below average. The Mee Siam and fried rice were both unappetizing. 🤢 The food arrived cold and utterly devoid of flavor. The vegetables uncooked. 🍚 Service was acceptable, and the atmosphere was ordinary. 😐🍽️

I like to visit toast box for tea C and buns. Recently they have started selling soft buns which are really tasty. However the place is always very crowded so have to wait to get a seat
