Very disappointed to see the staff’s bare thumb had touched my soup, when he served me my food. He should have used 2 hands to carry the bowl instead of 1 hand and using his thumb to grip the bowl. When he put down the bowl, my friend and me, clearly saw the soup had “washed” his thumb... you can see from the photo, that I had circle the soup trails from his thumb. Sigh…. Maybe more trainings should be given to all the staff. The staff should know that we saw his thumb had touch my soup, yet nothing was done by him. The food was alright, but the thoughts of me eating something that had touched someone else thumb… not very nice.
View on GoogleCame for their 3pm tea time promo set meal. It comes with a main, a side dish and a drink. I chose their pork wanton w rice noodle in spicy 🍅 based broth, black fungus w minced garlic and vinegar, and hot jasmine tea. There are 5 big juicy wantons w pork and chives filling. The black fungus had a nice succulent texture w just a nice hint of vinegar. Personally i feel the soup is too oily for my liking, but think this is typical of chinese styled food. Nevertheless, the tea time set is definitely value of money. Recommended.
View on GoogleI went to this branch at NP on 19th Oct 2025 with my husband and daughter to have dinner at about 7.30pm. We were seated at 7.40pm and completed our QR ordering by 7.42pm. The waitress brought our order chit and reconfirmed our order. Both me and my daughter ordered tomato soup noodles, I chose the marbled beef set while she had the fried chicken cutlet set. My husband ordered the dry noodles with soft bone pork ribs. My order came first at about 7.48pm and followed by my husband's order at 7.50pm. My daughter's order were being very slow despite have the same tomato soup as mine. When her order arrived at 7.56pm, the waitress said that the fried chicken needs another 10mins which we felt is really too long. Did they expect my daughter to finish her noodles and eat the chicken at the end? I questioned about the time required to fry the chicken, did it require 25 mins? Wouldn't the chicken become overfried? In the end, the chicken was served at 8.08pm, by then , all three of us have already finished our noodles. There was no apology made by the waitress at all. One piece of the chicken culet is very dark and look totally different shade as the rest of the pieces and tasted like double fried meat. We were very disappointed as this brand has been one of the better F&B chain and we did not expect this kind of service and quality. But after this visit, we might not come back anymore as their price and quality does not meet the expectations. Refer to the attached photos for proof.
View on GoogleThe noodles.... there's this aftertaste to it. It's not the alkaline taste I want to say factory taste 🤣 noodles just bad. Shank meat too tough. Tendon and braised beef was alright, not fantastic. They call themselves noodle bar but can they use better noodles pls
View on GoogleThis restaurant open as early as 1030am therefore it’s one of our favourite restaurant for weekends Their pork rib scallion noodle is good. Their portion is big that come with soft and seasoned pork rib. New dish Char Siew is also good that never disappoints us. Services are always good by the lady waitress which never fail us as well
