Bought a honey milk tea L on 5th July at 6pm+, and I was rushing for a movie. Thanks for the efficient & friendly service! Just wanted to mention my gratitude for the girl who complimented me as well (fair skinned with black rimmed glasses), I was running off so I couldnt thank you properly😊

Good refresher for the heat, Menu in kiosk is creativity curated very interesting. However staff needs to improve their attitude, impeccably rude. Do not look happy when working, serving customers need patience and good attitude.

Update 1 June 2024: Love their orh nee series especially the orh mee milk tea. However, they should state their drink names clearly. Who will know orh nee P or orh nee plus = no taro Q? You should just name it as orh nee milk tea with taro Q or orh nee milk tea without taro Q in simple terms. Love the ordering kiosk - can order, check koi card balance and do top up. Drinks are as per usual. However, realised their grass jelly is like 60% of the medium cup. Overshadowing the drink itself. Toppings should accompany the drink though, not the other way around.

Disappointed 👎🏻 Given an option to choose little bit ice level but end up the staff still given me a lot ice with my drink.

Order says ready for pick up but came to the store and waited for 15 mins before the orders were actually ready. If orders not ready, pls do not press ready for pick up. Lousy service.
