We had a wonderful meal at Dian Xiao Er because the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Every dish was full of flavor, and the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. It was a great dining experience from Yoke chan , and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal with high-quality service.
View on GoogleI had a wonderful dining experience at Dian Xiao Er recently and wanted to share how impressed I was! The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was well-prepared, flavourful, and beautifully presented. What made the experience even better was the excellent service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to assist without being intrusive. They made sure our table was well taken care of throughout the meal, which really added to the overall experience. On top of that, I really appreciated the 20% early bird discount—it made the meal even more worthwhile and added great value to an already enjoyable experience. Overall, I highly recommend this outlet for anyone looking for quality food and warm, reliable service. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
View on GoogleGreat value-for-money lunch promotion! The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I also signed up as a member and received a complimentary drink worth $9.90. Definitely a worthwhile deal, and I’ll be back again!
View on GoogleFood at DXE is good as always. Hightlight to me is the duck in angelica sauce. Fried kang kong fish skin is surprisngly nice. Service is excellent too. I think the ambient can be better but if the food is good, I guess helps compensate for the less glamorous environment. Nice gestures to offer us the shou tao bec my friend is celebrating his birthday.
View on GoogleSignature Dang Gui Roasted Duck: This is the undisputed heavyweight champion. The skin is consistently crisp and lacquered to perfection, while the meat remains incredibly succulent. But it’s that Dang Gui (Angelica Root) sauce that steals the heart—it’s herbal, slightly sweet, and deeply savory. I could honestly drink a bowl of that gravy alone. Sour Spicy Fish Soup: A total palate cleanser! If you love a bit of a "kick," this soup is vibrant and punchy. The fish slices were fresh and silky, soaking up that tangy broth that wakes up every single taste bud. It’s the perfect balance to the richness of the duck. Fragrant Stir-Fry Octopus:Talk about Wok Hei! The octopus was springy without being rubbery (a tough feat!), tossed in a fragrant blend of spices that made it dangerously addictive. It’s got that charred, smoky depth that only a high-heat stir-fry can achieve. A Little Note to the Chef 💡 While the flavors are absolutely spot on and "finger-licking good," the savory levels are quite intense. For those of us who are a bit more sensitive (or just watching our intake), the seasoning can feel a tad heavy-handed on the MSG.
