Very disappointed, when want to order no people at the counter I understand that need to serve customer so I waited. I ordered Oreo ice blended and coco siok. The Oreo ice blended no ice not even blend and a little bit of Oreo to get the taste. Coco siok cannot even say u siok when u drink. I only taste milk ice I cannot taste the coconut. I know u have a lot customer but don't serve like this kind of drink very disappointed.
View on GoogleKitty and I were exploring Junction Nine for the first time, and before our massage appointment, Kitty decided we needed a refreshing drink. We’d enjoyed iTEA at other locations (like Tampines) before and knew it was always a good choice, so we stopped by their Junction Nine outlet. The staff member was friendly and recommended the Osmanthus Long Jing tea, which we ordered in a tall size with normal ice at S$3.90. It was just as nice as we remembered from previous visits. The tea was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, with a lovely floral aroma and a refreshing taste. The overall atmosphere of the iTEA store at Junction Nine was pleasant and clean. It was a quick and easy stop. The service was friendly and efficient. If you're in Junction Nine and craving a high-quality cup of tea, iTEA is a great option. The Osmanthus Long Jing tea is one of the stand-out tea, and we recommend it.
View on Google0% customer service. Even if staffs are busy, the least they can do is to inform customers to wait. They choose to ignore and only take orders when available. Not the 1st time being treated this way. The management should look into training staffs to smile or have basic customer service skills. Very disappointed
View on GoogleLousy attitude from staff. Was charged $4.90 for the drink when the signage states $3.90. I enquired as she merely just brush it off and said its $4.90 you want you buy. I suggested for them to remove as its misleading to consumers and she rudely mentioned “You have to talk to my boss about this” well obviously idk who is the boss and i dont have the boss contact so if you’re the owner please train your service staff for better customer service
View on GoogleThe pearls were stuck together, making it impossible for me to suck them out, and water spilled on the floor when I pulled them out.
