Cosy and inviting. Best to reserve first before going, as most tables were reserved. Some tables are very near the next, and you could request for those by the window instead. Portions are generous. Enjoyed the pork cheek and various set meals.

Visited again on 16 January 2026 Added new photos. ####### We used to have lunch at the original outlet at Safra in Telok Blangah many years back. We decided to have ala carte buffet lunch here on the eve of Chinese New Year. The service here is excellent and food are served quickly. The sashimi were fresh and the cooked food were delicious. The shabu shabu pot was generous with lots of vegetables and mushrooms and we added meat as well. We ate to our fill. Very happy with this meal.

One of the nicer Jap cuisine at a reasonably price due to the location perhaps. This place usually crowded but lucky that we got a table during dinner time given that is eve of PH. Love all the dishes we ordered but find the potato salad abit weird. Not sure what are the those tiny size translucent cubes, eggs more than potato so I call it egg salad instead of potato salad. Forgot to take pic of the drinks.

It wasn't a planned lunch trip. However, I brought my lady to savor authentic Japanese cuisine and boy! We were blown away with not just the chef's skills, the service staffs were awesome and ambient wise, It was there to draw out the Japanese experience of having our meal right at the golf driving range. It was an experience. Thank you Himawari team! You guys provided a pleasant experience.

We went for the buffet. The spread was absolutely mouth watering. 🤤 Sashimi was very fresh and food items were of great standards and served in a short span of time. Had visited their other Alexandra outlet and couldn’t decide which has better food and service standard. The surroundings here are much more serene though! We left with happy tummies! Would love to be back ❤️
