Waited for quite a while for my order. Despite the staff being friendly, 1 man show is really not it. Perhaps too many orders on delivery platforms... But $8.50 for this is ridiculous. From the menu I thought it will be on a hot plate, hence this price. But it's not. Portion size is like a carb overload to feel full. Chicken is nicely grilled and tender. But seriously price is not it. Damn expensive for chicken chop with rice
View on GoogleOrdered lamb chop and beef steak. The cutlery are all plastic! How to cut when the meat is so tough and hard? Not so good experience cutting! The beef is really tough and don’t think grandma can bite!
View on GoogleToday's food experience was, to put it mildly, deeply disappointing and utterly unsatisfactory. From the very first bite to the last reluctant swallow, every aspect of the meal was a testament to chef's neglect and a shocking lack of care. The fish, a dish often anticipated with pleasure, arrived bearing a distinctly off-putting and pervasive fishy odor, a clear indication that its freshness was severely compromised. It wasn't just subtly fishy; it was overpoweringly so, making each mouthful a struggle against its unpleasant taste profile. To compound this culinary misdemeanor, the fish was also served lukewarm, verging on cold, further diminishing any potential enjoyment it might have offered. The temperature issue made the texture unappetizing and emphasized its already questionable freshness. Moving on to the bread, what should have been a simple, comforting accompaniment turned out to be an exercise in grease management. Each piece was saturated with an excessive amount of oil, rendering it heavy, cloying, and frankly, quite unpalatable. The oil wasn't just present; it dominated the flavor, turning what should have been a light and airy bread into a soggy, greasy mess that left an unpleasant residue on the palate. It was a clear sign of either poor preparation or a conscious, misguided choice in cooking technique. Then came the fried chicken, a dish typically lauded for its crispy exterior and succulent interior. However, this rendition was a far cry from any acceptable standard. It was completely devoid of flavor, tasting bland and unseasoned, as if it had been prepared without any thought to spices or marinades. Worse still, its texture was incredibly hard, almost leathery, suggesting it had either been overcooked to an extreme degree or left to sit for an unacceptably long period before being served. Chewing it became a laborious task rather than an enjoyable one. Beyond the culinary failures, the entire customer service experience mirrored the abysmal quality of the food. The staff exhibited a noticeable lack of attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism. Requests seemed to be met with indifference, and there was an overall sense of disengagement from those meant to be facilitating a pleasant dining experience. The poor quality of service only amplified the frustration caused by the truly dreadful meal, leaving an indelible impression of a establishment that simply does not prioritise customer satisfaction in any aspect. The combination of unappetizing food and ungracious service made the entire outing a regrettable one.
View on GoogleOrdered pickup for black pepper beef slices with rice and receipt stated correctly when picked up but when brought home to open, food was completely different! Fried chicken cutlet with spaghetti instead. Is that how you service customers? Disappointment, never buy again.
