There are lots to rave about this place! From the location (near Admiralty Park) to the unique dining experience (Charcoal Claypot) to the delicious prawn soup with huge fresh prawns. Came here with my friend and our kids and had a great time. It's our first Charcoal Claypot steamboat experience, and I am so glad that our kids enjoyed it. They have huge fans to cool the place. The tasty soup is refillable, so you don't have to worry that you have too much food and not enough soup. There is also a free flow sauce bar that is free!

We had their Specialty Prawn Broth with various side dishes ranging from seafood, meat to vegetables. It comes with 12-15 large prawns, super fresh with crunch, easy to peel off, tastes sweet and juicy! The soup tastes rich and flavourful, full of prawn broth and it is refillable! You can enjoy unlimited free flow sauces with 9 different types of sauces. Can mix & match according to your likings! They are very considerate providing disposable gloves for peeling prawns. They also provide kids utensils. There are several groups of families with young kids came to dine too! There are big fans here so it is more cooling to dine here. Parking is free too so you can enjoy the food more! We reached 15 minutes before 12pm opening and there were groups waiting so recommended avoid coming during peak hours!

Trying out here since heard it's Singapore First Charcoal Claypot Prawn! Was surprised to see the place so crowded at weekend evening, most of their tables are set with the Prawn Claypot. They provide free flow of non-chargable sauce bar and refillable soup. In my opinion the broth is already very flavourful, so are the food after cooking in the soup, there is no need to dip in any sauce. Personally feel the portion are pretty decent, so suggest not to order too much at one go if you are not a big eater. Overall all is good. The table are set and clear very fast so no worries about the environment not clean.

Woodlands Claypot Prawn offers an exceptional dining experience with its authentic flavors and ample prawn portions cooked in traditional charcoal claypots. The free-flow sauce bar, disposable gloves, and convenient amenities make dining here a breeze. Highly recommended for food enthusiasts.

This has got to be one of my family’s favorite food find in recent months! Very delicious broth with fresh and big prawns. The amount of big prawns inside the claypot was also very generous, and it’s a fantastic meal for sharing. You can order lots of sides to go with the hotpot as well. Must try their Hokkien Mee as well, the noodles are infused with heavy prawn flavor and goes so well with their own chili and egg. The queues can get long after 6:30PM, so be sure to go early!
