was looking forward based on the amount of good reviews. decided to try the thick cut 350grams pork tonkatsu and their ramen. ramen broth was lukewarm at best, taste is pretty decent. the classic tonkatsu had a good ratio of meat and fat. mostly meat, yet tender enough. the signature thick cut tonkatsu don was quite disappointing. it was like eating fat on fat on fat. it didn't had much meat. out of the various japanese restaurants that served tonkatsu, this was pretty much the most disappointing one. for a higher price point compared to the rest of the menu items I was hoping for more meat, especially it was pork loin, not pork belly. service recovery was good, staff suggested to prepare another portion too and was very friendly. service is excellent. perhaps it was on me for choosing the thick cut pork loin.

yummmyyy!!!! we got the salmon katsu and beef omurice, along with genmai tea and goma ice cream. everything was delicious!!! which is so rare to say nowadays eating out. and i rly loveeee the ice cream service was great, staff were very attentive n kind :)

I visited this outlet for dinner on a Sunday evening and was thoroughly impressed by the free-flow cabbage, rice, and tonjiru soup. The service staff were efficient, special mention to the Filipino waitress, who was exceptionally jolly and made the entire dining experience seamless. The younger male staff members were also very quick on their feet. ​However, from a customer’s perspective, I noticed the floor layout isn’t fully optimized for the team's workflow. Since refills are by request only, it adds a heavy load to the staff’s tasks. I also struggled to find dry or wet tissues at my table; it wasn’t clear if they were chargeable or simply tucked away. Having these readily available at the table (or given upon entering) would save guests from having to constantly flag down the busy team. To improve the overall flow, I’d suggest a more organized queuing system outside. Currently, guests tend to scatter around the entrance, making it difficult for the staff to identify who arrived first. A segregated line or clearer signage would definitely make the waiting process much smoother.

Dined with a good friend of mine, our first visit together. Service staff was polite and helpful. We ordered chicken katsu, that’s pasturised egg on top that you see. Super delicious and free flow cabbage :) yummy! Will definitely revisit to try other katsu! ♥️
