Bad service and the utensils was dirty not washed properly... Now their ramen soup getting lesser and lesser not even full enough to cover the ramen don't even mention for the free ramen.. maybe they want charge add on soup money.. The staff missed our order items as we order deluxe tonkatsu they forgot to gave us fried ebi after that they did gave us back.. Lastly we found out they didn't gave us our hot tea as we add on gyoza set that come wit hot tea.. So we went to asked the staff The fat guy keep say is included already just that it changed to the ice grapefruit tea , he refused to give it to us... The tantan ramen we ordered it as a set that come with a drink meanwhile we still add on a gyoza set which also come with a drink.. the tantan ramen is not ala carte If the gyoza set didn't come with a hot tea why does the picture show that indicate Gyoza and drink.. The menu so complicated that own staff also don't fully understand and making customers confused... Pay for the price and don't get what you ordered .Ruin the mood for dinner !!

Really bomb food for the price — get the 1-for-1 deals or the mystery drinks! $2 for a mystery drink, and we got the 1-for-1 limited salted egg soft crab ramen for usual price! $10 each for soft crab, holy cow 🫪. 24/7 spot too… What can I say but this is a great place, if you’re looking for affordable and accessible chain ramen.

Came here and ordered both of their current Limited Time only Ramen,. • Blazing Chilli Fish Ramen ( choose the tonkotsu broth) – spicy, tangy & surprisingly light • Chilli Beef Ramen ( chose the shoyu broth) – deeper, richer broth with a mild balanced heat I really love these drinks and hope they will keep them in the menu. • Rose Salt Collagen Snow Pear Green Tea – lightly floral, refreshing • Snow Pear Green Tea – crisp, refreshing & balances the spice well of the chill ramen we had Overall good price and lovely new flavours. Very tasty and the best part is these were not too spicy. Great fast service. A reliable go-to when you’re craving something warm, flavourful, affordable & comforting—especially on a rainy day.

Decent ramen taste and portion. Amount of noodles and char siew was about equal. Space a little cramped but not a big issue. Ramen was soft enough for me, soup was just thick enough broth. Savoury was just nice but the collagen feel isn't strong if you like such broth. Order by the kiosks and wait for your collection number. Its jasmine green tea seem to have a plum/lime taste?- Which I appreciate.

Ordered two bowls of ramen at 1:13 pm. There were only four order numbers ahead of us, so we didn’t expect such a long wait. Unfortunately, it took more than 30 minutes before our food arrived—we only received our order at 1:48 pm. The waiting time was quite disappointing.
