The staff is very bad service after take order and never pack for me…..all the 3 staff jdunno what there are doing move here n there the tray….and I saw one grab person should be also waiting pick up food.after awhile I asking where is my order and the pizza is ready there why no one pack for me???? And pack to other customer is come after me

The order they do very, very slow. The waiting time is so long, always. They take their own sweet time. They clear customers, they don't issue to Grab drivers. They take their own sweet time. This is the worst service, really very bad. I don't know why Grab still having orders, taking orders from Pezzo.

very good customer service and the food came fresh and hot even i have to wait 10-15 like that~ but overall is ok!
