Can’t be too difficult to read the label and give me the correct order right? With three unfriendly staff double checking the order why is it so hard to give the correct one I asked for? When it wasn’t even busy? I think the colour of Pearly Beancurd and Grass Jelly is wildly different, no? Why does it not get vet through by the 3 staff working on-site? And also, not sure why there is a sudden influx of positive 5-star reviews by the same person right below me, you can't cover up incompentence lol. Maybe instead of hiring more, there should be more stringent staff training.

A must choice of dessert after meal. Staffs were always friendly and helpful. They will tell youor remind you on the latest promotion or what to do to get the promotions. Please keep this up.

Been a fan of Nine Fresh at Causeway Point! Loving their service and desserts as always, and with the new collection, I'm coming back for more.... Water Chestnut Pops!! Kudos to the great team too!

The staff entered my order incorrectly. I am absolutely sure I ordered the correct drink, and she even confirmed it with me verbally. When I told her the drink was wrong, she insisted that I should have checked my order. Her attitude was very rude and unprofessional. In the end, I didn’t even take the wrong drink and just left without it. I’ve ordered here several times before without any issues, but this experience was extremely disappointing. With this kind of service and attitude, I won’t be coming back.

Disappointed with my Mango pomelo red ruby option A. As the name i expect mango pomelo but end up 4/5th of my cup is ai yu jelly. Not much mango pomelo taste at all. Would not recommend this
