I don’t know why this outlet drink quality is always bad. I have tried a few times and compare it to Admiralty outlet only to realise this outlet staff don’t know how to make summer passion drink. It always tasted bland and very little passionfruit inside. When I feedback to staff about the drink quality and to add more passion fruit, I was surprisingly charged additionally $1. This outlet should just close down. As other reviews have mentioned, I have the same issue previously with the mobile app order and the waiting time. So today I decided to go to the cashier because I want to feedback on the drinks but got charged extra money for what is supposed to be a standard drink quality without the additional charge. Staff there can go visit Admiralty koi outlet to learn how to make summer passion drink. But after this experience, I don’t think I’ll patronise this outlet again. It is disappointing and a nightmare!

The most terrible Koi outlet that I had came across. Extremely slow service despite just two orders (three drinks) ahead of me, I had to wait for 15 minutes. I witnessed the barista on duty was doubtful when making the drinks and shaking the drinks very slowly, not knowing her duty well. The rest of the colleagues were just doing other not urgent duties instead of serving the customers. To the KOI management, please ensure your staff are well trained and take appropriate actions towards the feedback.

Ordered at 6:44pm. On app said ready for collection @ 7:00pm. Ended up only collected at 7:08pm. After 24 minutes of waiting? And to realize that the ticket on my drink was 32 and the number that they were calling with the number system is already further than that. What’s the point of ordering on the app if people ordering at the kiosk gets their drink before I do even though they placed the order later? Not the first time this has happened.

Waited for around 15 minutes after ordering, we were third in line, only two people before us with 1 tea each… we only ordered 2 teas… cherry on top: there were 5 people working how’s this possible… Maybe there was a good reason for the delay but unfortunately our experience is consistent with other reviews… very unfortunate

Always a fan of KOI but this our first time waiting 30 mins for our order. Ordered via kiosk at 6.20pm and only received at 6.50pm+ with many other customers behind us getting their orders first … Hope to see improvement at this outlet 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
