I had a generally pleasant dining experience at Juwei Restaurant, but I would like to highlight an area that could be improved. I noticed that one of the female staff members (short hair, wearing spectacles) did not provide the best customer service when handling small and reasonable requests—such as asking for a little more rice or vegetables. As customers, we truly appreciate when staff show understanding and go the extra mile to be generous with portions. I believe the management is supportive and would not wish to encourage food wastage, but at the same time, portions that are too little can leave customers feeling unsatisfied, especially after paying for a meal. In Singapore’s current economic climate, everyone is working hard to make a living, and when dining out, we hope for both value and a welcoming service. A simple gesture of providing sufficient portions helps ensure customers feel cared for and are more likely to return. Food is not only about taste but also about nourishment—whether young, middle-aged, or elderly, all of us need adequate nutrition after a long day of work. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I do believe Juwei Restaurant has great potential, and I would be happy to continue supporting it with improved service experiences.

I never buy anything from the shop before. I only know that whenever I walk pass the shop, I couldn't tolerate the disgusting smell coming from the outlet
