Not my first time at Crystal Jade, but it was my first visit to this particular outlet. We arrived early and were the first customers of the day. The initial impression was excellent—spacious, clean, and neatly laid out, easily one of the larger outlets I’ve been to. The food was spot on across the board. The carrot cake was crispy on the outside yet soft and fluffy within. The siu mai, pork ribs, and 凤爪 were all freshly steamed. The prawn dumplings were plump and succulent, while the peppery soup was comforting and warming. The glutinous rice portion was just right, and paired with a cup of pu-er tea, it made for a thoroughly enjoyable lunch. Service deserves a special mention—warm, sincere, and attentive. My pu-er tea was consistently topped up, and empty plates were cleared promptly, keeping the table tidy throughout. The level of service was outstanding, comparable to that of high-end restaurants. Definitely recommended.

View on GoogleCelebrated our team’s 2026 lo hei together today. The Yu Sheng was attractively presented, featuring vibrant colors from the fresh salmon slices, shredded carrots, crispy crackers & tangy plum sauce. The dim sum dishes served at the restaurant were equally fresh & flavorful. The environment is clean & seating arrangement is also comfortable. Staff were friendly & service was quick even during lunch peak hour. It was a truly joyful & meaningful occasion, marking a wonderful start to the lunar new year as a team.
View on GoogleI dined at Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen and enjoyed the fresh dim sum. Service was efficient and the place was comfortable. Slightly pricey, but overall a reliable spot for a good Hong Kong-style meal.
View on GoogleLarge restaurant with ample dining area. Service staff was friendly but the food waiting time might need some adjustment. Our sweet & sour pork take 30min but taste delicious and 40min for our chicken claypot rice which has quite a fair amount of chicken but the rice texture & taste like it is cook using another pot. Our tofu was the best with soft texture and excellent taste. Dessert mango sago pomelo I think can skip as it is nothing fantastic. For red bean with rice ball, it taste very well rounded with a strong scent of dry mandarin peel.
