Bought 2 sets of nasi lemak on 30th October 2025 in the morning. Service was bad and the chicken wasn't even cooked properly, The egg was cook and serve together with the shell. Charge high price and this is the food being given to customer. Definitely wont purchase again from crave.

I always bought Crave Royale Nasi Lemak and today really have an unpleasant experience with the staff. I placed my order at 8.38pm, the Malay staff told me chicken wing need to wait for 10 mins and I told him I will come back later. I came back at 9.21pm and he told me bergedil finish need to wait again which made me feel angry! 43 mins not enough to prepare a meal?

I used to love crave but nowadays really havent ordered it for years because of price increase yet shrunken portion. Despite that, I recently came back to try again. I ordered 2 chk wing set, 1 long bean and 1 otah. I looked at the menu and saw chk wing set was 6.90 but was charged 8.70. I asked the cashier, is it not 6.90, and she realised she overcharged me by keying in the delivery price instead. She asked another staff to assist refund in cash. There were 3 to 4 staffs in there but none knows how to void receipts and i rejected their cash refund. Staff was rude and unapologetic. Took 10 min for the whole process. Had another similar exp in another f&b but settled the issue within 1 min by voiding. Pls train up your staff and their attitude pls.

Ordered the chicken cutlet and only got 3 pieces,this place use to serve big size Chicken nowadays I'm getting 2 or 3 pieces...

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent visits. On two occasions, I was made to wait unnecessarily by the same staff member. The food I ordered was already ready, but instead of serving me, it was given to customers who were behind me in line. Seriously I really don’t know what I’m waiting for! So I decided to visit the store the 2nd time, same thing happened again, I confronted the staff then they decided to pack my food first, what the hack is this? This repeated incident left me disappointed as I felt my time and order were not respected. I hope you can look into this matter and remind the staff to be more attentive and fair when serving customers.
