Very poor service today during lunch time 08 May 2026. My number 22. I ordered the vip set. Got my noodles and fish ball soup. Upon collection, they said my pork dumplings need to wait for additional 7 mins. I sat down waited and never hear and see my number called again. By then 10 mins already I already finished my noodles. I went to counter and ask for my pork dumpling, the lady said, oh, we called your number but you didn’t come. Seriously? I was very upset. Clearly the crew forgotten my pork dumplings but didn’t admit to it and became my fault. So upset that I didn’t say anything. I just left. This is not the first time already. Please contact me for my refund for pork dumplings. What happen team? Why become like this? Lunch time crowd very little nia and not even full house. This is my half set photo.

Food is alright, a bit expensive for bcm, but taste is still alright. The ventilation inside is very bad, its warm and no air circulation. Tea is not good, better to order from yakun or toastbox nearby.

I understand that the rating of this food establishment is quite low, but I decided to try it out anyways. The food is edible, service staff are polite, but I am unhappy about the fact that under special instructions, I left a note to provide more vegetable so that it is a balanced meal in terms of nutrition but that was ignored.

Ordered their bundle meal which was 2 signature noodle meals and a side, picked the dry liver for the side of course as this was a liver specialty store. Ordered their pork cabbage dumplings as well as their cashier told me that it was hand made by them not factory made. Overall the taste was ok, liked how the liver was soft. But the noodles here were average I mean there’s too little flavor like they were scrimping on their sauces or something. Other than that it was ok. This stall is a signature stall so they serve much more different dishes compared to the normal ah ma stalls.

What a delicious pleasure to find such an interesting food outlet on the 2nd floor at Causeway Point! The noodles, fish and meatballs we had were both enjoyable as well as fulfilling. The service was quick and efficient. What we liked most about this was the freedom of choice (what to combine with the main dishes as side dishes). Choose a non-rush-hour time to visit, as the seating is little and the restaurant floor space is small.
