Have been buying every week. Encounter very bad experience last night. Was trying to ask a question. Before I even finish my sentence, the malay lady just dead stare at me and shoot out a WAIT! She might not be in good mood or something might have happened, we're sorry for that. But us as a customer we did nothing wrong. Why show us such attitude? Woah, how rude..!! OK, never mind. We ordered large Chocolate milk tea and large winter melon milk tea. Clearly the large winter melon milk tea is not full as compared to the chocolate milk tea )): no winter melon taste at all, only the taste of milk. If there's not enough tea they can let us know, we can change order. Don't just collect the money and shortchanged us.
