I noticed this stall had the longest queue among all the tea shops at Admiralty Place. I ordered one drink and waited about 15 minutes, so be prepared if you're visiting during peak hours. I ordered a Large Jasmine Citrus Burst ($4.90), with less ice and less sugar. Overall, it was refreshing and tasted good. I think the normal ice and normal sugar option would probably taste even better, although you'll get a little less drink since the citrus slices take up quite a bit of space in the cup. Overall, a nice drink that's worth trying if you don't mind the queue.

My friend and I had a really bad experience here yesterday. We ordered passion fruit drinks and asked to have the seeds removed, as we normally do at other bubble tea shops. They could have simply told us nicely that their drink doesn’t come with seeds. Instead, one of the staff smirked and told us that they don’t have seeds. Afterwards, she said something in Chinese to her colleagues and they started laughing. I can’t say for certain what they were talking about, but I did hear English words such as “seed” during their conversation, which made me feel like they were talking and laughing about our request. It was honestly a really uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. There was no need to make customers feel embarrassed over such a simple question. Really horrible customer service.

So my sister bought bbt there. She ordered 2 peach green tea and peppermint milk tea. While ordering the guy at the cashier misheard her and put pearl milk tea without asking to confirm the order and when along with it. During waiting time the guy kept calling out other numbers after my sister's number which was really long. About 20 minutes. I do hope they can be more careful with taking customers orders. 🙏🏻

Just sharing my experience. I tried their milk tea because I was craving one and saw a 5-star review saying it was good. It was very milky with very little tea taste (maybe this is blended for their targeted audience). My preference is for a stronger tea taste blended with just the right amount of milk to make it balanced. As for the service, everything seemed normal. (:

I have a bad experience, ordered 3 bubble tea at 1655hrs , they called my number after 15 mins, and miss 1 order, i wait for 5 mins and the miss order still haven’t prepared. If i didn’t complain and check the order, it will not prepare immediately.
