Decent tze char in the Woodlands Industrial park. Don't expect restaurant atmosphere. This is after all a food centre catering to busy, time-pressed workers around the industrial areas, which means service has to be fast, cheap enough for this clientele profile. The dishes were ok, not spectacular. I won't recommend this if you are expecting a super clean dining spot. I mean there were lots of bird droppings on the floor of the outside dining areas, and inside is relatively warm due to the lack of ventilation. Unless you are in the area, and has this crazy cravings for tze char, than this is a choice to consider.

Food was meh... Not nice and price expensive too. They asked for payment immediately once all the food were served. The prawn rolls were served with thick batter. Claypot fish was so-so only. Vegetables were too salty. Even packet the food back need to pay for the boxes.

Overall taste inconsistent. Curry fish head. We ordered this three times. The curry gravy 1st time thick and nice , 2nd and 3rd time diluted taste. The vegetable is so far so good. The pork meat 🍖 😋 taste delicious. We just have to pray that the real cook are there when the next time we eat there. Like food court , DONT LOOK AT THE SIGNBOARD , LOOK AT THE COOKS .😃😉😊😅

The 海中宝 stir-fry tzechar not bad, every dish is value for money, the tanghoon claypot crab is quite unique, uses the kam heong sauce. The other dishes are quite nice too, even though it was a busy weekend, the chef puts effort into cooking every dish. The Chinese 水饺 stall is quite good, the dumplings n noodles are very affordable n portions are huge. Delicious too.

Wanted to give zero star to the fish noodle and mi hun kueh store. The owner is so rude talking to people who stand in front of his store chasing them away even though his store already closed for the day but he still around. His noodle also tasteless and not fresh. Tbe way he serve customer also very un-polite. Wonder how he maintains his bussiness
