After our last visit 2 months ago, decided to come back again and we ordered half a roasted chicken. The size has really became smaller from our first visit. (Applies to the one person portion). High chance it was the chicken supply shrunken. Taste wise is okay, not the best roasted chicken, the taste comes from the sauce and not so much of the marination or coating as well as from within the chicken. Gizzard was very average. Rice gang may not pass this. Despite all these, still the best chicken rice in Marsiling area.

Very decent plate of chicken rice despite the long queue during lunch time. But meat is tender, rice is fragrant. Overall, good.

Heritage chicken rice - I’ve been eating this since I was little. A lovely and consistent taste of childhood! Value for money and relatively large portion for $4. Chicken is very tender - even chicken breast is tender. Tasty sauce. However, archar seems to be greatly reduced as compared to the last time I ate it.

Portion is ok for $4. Rice is nice, chicken is tenders but the chilli is too watery, not to my liking.

Roast Chicken Rice with Chicken Feet. Worried about the lack of fresh chicken due to the export ban impose by Malaysia. I knew I have to go eat my chicken rice before June comes. Hearsay this chicken rice stall is comparable to my favourite Katong Boneless Chicken Rice so I had to investigate. Missed out on their white chicken (sold out!) but turns out their roast chicken is actually pretty good. Are they a real threat? Nah... but they can definitely pull their weight in Woodlands. Nov 2022 Roast Chicken Rice. Probably Woodlands best chicken rice. The roast chicken is one of the best I have eaten in the northern part of Singapore. The skin just slides off the meat like a steam chicken would.
