This is the foods we will ordered when we come to this shop. My repeated visits here. Curry fish head very nice, chilli onion with ikan bilis also our favourites. Next time i want to try fried rice.
View on GoogleRepeated visit. Clean and peaceful environment for a zichar place. Chef managed to customise a dish (4 heavenly kings veg) according to my specific requests, it came out fragrant and delicious! 👍🏼 Other dishes are decent.👌🏼
View on Googleordered on delivery before and ate-in too. both are equally splendid in flavour and portion. must-haves include seafood roll (hei-zhouk) and tofu with mushrooms. best of all is the traditional white beehoon. cant get enough of it. sufficient prawns, squid and eggs in it. visited here during lunch, dinner peak hours and you do have to wait but its worth it. doing a review awards you a dessert and crushed ice sour plum drink. refreshing. would definitely come again. recommended.
View on GoogleThis unassuming restaurant always seems to have a good crowd, especially on weekends. Decided to give it a try and was not disappointed! Good variety of food choices and surprisingly good service. The food was good too—some dishes were better than others (not quite a fan of their curry fish head), but overall still quite good. However, best part about this tze char place is their prices. I would consider prices there very reasonable for a tze char restaurant these days.
View on GoogleThe classical local coffeeshop, for breakfast this time: Yu Mee So, I had to install the new ERP 2.0, (for non Singaporeans, this is the in-car unit paying for Gantries etc) Takes about 99 minutes, so what to do? Explore the local food culture in Sembawang! The Car man, suggested I try this, it’s a so called Hand-made noodle! The dough for sure home made, the noodles are passed through a pasta maker, but hey it works! Decided to go for the dry version, which turned out to be quite perfect! Asked for spicy, and yes, spicy it was with the extra chili on the side! The ikan bilis added crunch & flavor, the overall taste sensation was truly good! The soup came with some minced pork, a poached Egg, an fishball and some greens! Overall a very satisfying meal! Worth trying when you are in this neck of the woods, a certain tire manufacturer would probably advise, worth a special trip!
