The Resturant was not busy . Many tables were empty. At arrival this female staff asked how many diners and was told three. She didn’t lead us to any table so we simply chose the table we liked. After 3 minutes, she asked us to move to another table as they needed to clean up the area. Ok we cooperated. The cutleries were missing . My 9 year old son went to take from another table. Food is good. Service is 0.

The pistachio cake is awesome. Not very sweet but tastes nutty. It is new on the menu though. Hope they can keep it.

I think I might have raved about Saizeriya one too many times, a trip to Chong Pang in sweltering heat left us clamouring for air conditioning and lunch. The only mall that seemed decent was Sembawang SC so we took the lift to basement to start hunting for food and the first spot which was Saizeriya instantly piqued my partner's interest, she has never eaten this before and was astounded by the prices, I told her wait till you taste the food. Sure they taste absolutely mid, but at 5.90 for 6 pieces of garlic eacargots, 7.90 for a 4 slice hawaiian pizza, 2.90 for soup and 7.90 for my hamburg, fried egg, cheese sausage with potato wedges and corn combo how can I say no. Taste wise it ain't gonna be winning anything, but all the above for just $26 bucks in a restaurant setting that serves the food right up to your table? That's amazing value. My partner was bowled over that a 7.90 pizza was actually not too bad and at that price we are not complaining.

Food is affordable and delish! Nested in the outskirts of Singapore - Sembawang shopping center, means lesser crowd zero waiting time! The food standard there is one of the better ones I tasted across many similar outlets. Staff is friendly too.

Same standard as other restaurants. Understaff so the poor staff are really busy. With a bit of patience from customers it will be fine.
