Nice and cozy neighborhood coffee shop with 5 food stalls: Burmese, Vietnamese, South Indian, Nasi Lemak and Drinks. Friendly staff and yummy food overall, especially the tea leaf rice and tomato salad from Burmese stall, which are my favorites. The Burmese stall in this small coffee shop is easily the best and most authentic Burmese food available in SG, much better than those full-fledged, overpriced Burmese restaurants at Peninsula plaza. Almost all dishes that I have tried are tasty with decent portion size and good value ! Will be back frequently.

Cafe Buddys Espresso Singapore is one of the best place for coffee & Vetnamise Food

Am Thuc Viet, located within Buddy's Cafe, serves a decent range of authentic Vietnamese food. Neither fine-dining nor restaurant-quality, but this is as rustic and authentic as it gets from its Vietnamese stall-holders, priced affordably at mostly $5 each serving.

Two food stalls there plus one drink stall. Homely food at affordable prices as well as generous servings. Place is cooled by ceiling fans. Staff are friendly Got the mee rebus and you can request for no beansprouts etc as they custom make on the spot for you. Gravy is thick and tasty. Can drinks are $1.30 Good place for breakfast or lunch if you are in the area.

This is a small eatery place (like a coffeeshop) below the HDB. Ok and decent place to have a quick meal but limited options.
