EmceeRichardStyle Mic Rating The morning shift cashier lady is the most polite I have met amongst the many Yakun branches. Despite the queue, she💃 responded with a friendly thank you when I thanked her for taking my order. That made my Yakun coffee even more aromatic than always. ☕

What stands out most about this place is the amazing staff. They are always so friendly, approachable, and attentive. I really appreciate how they take the time to engage with customers and even remember regulars. That personal touch makes the experience feel warm and welcoming every time. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days—thank you for making each visit special. Special thanks to Yu Jie, Yuyi, Bee, Zhi Rou, Yen and Jennie. Cheers 🥂

Bought from this outlet quite a few times but there’s this malaysian lady wearing glasses at the counter that’s extremely rude as if it’s always the customer’s fault when we’re just ordering politely. People are here to enjoy the coffee and yet it feels like we owed her money. Also heard her talking rude and loudly to her colleagues. This kind of person can work in fnb and handling customers? What a joke. Reflect on your actions and not blame it on innocent customers who just wanted a cup of coffee.

Been patronizing this outlet almost everyday. The staff are friendly and most of them actually already remember what I drink before I can even open my mouth. Can understand sometimes the wait is long during peak hour, this also means that they are good hence the queue.

Yakun staffs getting so stingy. I PAID $5 for a large ice soya teh and it looks like they drank a whole mouthful before giving it to me. I would understand if the price is cheaper but so stingy when i’m already paying $5 for their drink? I might as well buy matcha atp cause it’s the same price. rubbish. do better.
