Love ❤️ their toasted bread and half boiled eggs. Their toasted bread are thin and crunchy. But not sure why today their Iced Honey Lemon tasted super bland with just a tinge of honey flavour. Almost like drinking plain water. Today I had ordered their egg mayo toastwich which was tasty. The staff are friendly and polite. Can’t really feel much air conditioning when eating there cos I think the air conditioning is central control by the mall so probably nothing they can do about it.

Small outlet so be prepared for queue as seating is limited. We always have our usual bread, eggs and coffee set. Not very filling but satisfying enough for a weekend breakfast. Prices are getting higer

Food is your typical good Yakun food. Staffs seem great and doing their job as well. but getting longer and longer queue these few months. Where is everyone coming from? Yakun is getting more and more expensive as well and I don't like their choice of furniture (table size and height)

Staffs are friendly and cleanliness of the stall is tip top. Order tea O siew dai and drink is pretty much the same and standard across different Ya Kun store.

Came on a Sunday evening. Only Ya Kun I seen so far that has minimum customers. Ordered an ice yuan yang and ice milk tea. Ice milk tea is very sweet so in future can try getting sui dai. Love the kaya steam bun. Service is a plus point here as the lady staff is friendly with all her customers.
