My family and I had a really wonderful experience at Swensen’s, all thanks to Nathan and his exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive throughout our meal and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests—he even helped us change the sauce for our pasta without any hesitation. What truly stood out was how proactive he was. Nathan recommended the best options for us even before we asked, showing both great knowledge and genuine care for customers. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and thoughtful service these days in Singapore. Thank you, Nathan, for making our dining experience so enjoyable. You’re truly an asset to the team. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Visited Swensen at Sun Plaza’s branch. The manager that assisted me to make the order (with the QR code) was very warm snd helpful with my food customisation. I was also very impressed with the friendliness, and professionalism displayed by the staff VJ. She is very observant that I could not finish my food and offered to pack for me. She came to me and asked if I need anything. One of the best serving staff I encountered that put in a personalised touch and willingness to go an extra mile. She makes my day and enhanced my dining experience. Thank you VJ.

She was quick to respond, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced the meal. Really appreciate the great service-thank you, VJ!

Delicious food paired with excellent service. Nathan is incredibly warm and friendly—he even remembers us, which makes every visit feel extra special and welcoming. The place is also clean and cozy, making it a really comfortable spot to dine.

Had a lovely late lunch at Swensen’s Sun Plaza today. The food was warm, fresh, and satisfying as always. Swensen’s has been a staple name for many of us over the years, and it continues to be a comforting place for a lovely meal with loved ones. Service was smooth and pleasant too. Thank you to the team for another enjoyable dining experience!
