I would like to commend the staff on 6/11/25 working the evening shift at around 6.45pm My HPB voucher has been rejected twice at other Mr Bean outlets for 5/11 and 6/11 due to system error. Even though there was system error for this transaction, the staff managed to resolve it somehow and scanned the voucher. It takes a lot of patience to see things through and handle faults in technology. Really appreciative of the staff 🙏🙏🙏

I bought their beancurd, beancurd with Gula Melaka and soy bean drink recently! The soy bean drink taste pretty good and fresh. I don't like their beancurd's taste, it felt like something was off. However, the portion is really generous! Probably 2 adults can share one portion as dessert.

Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl. Cost : $6.70. Bought at $5.70 ( using $1 discount Mr Bean voucher ) Pretty worth it. Healthy bowl w corns, peas carrots, broccoli & eggs. Teriyaki Chicken is amazingly good. It not oily. I guessed Mr Bean boiled + marinated the Chicken piece. Oh yes, both staffs (a guy and an Auntie are friendly and courteous )

I came to order a soy milk and a grass jelly soy milk. When I first tried to order, the lady behind the counter was very rude when taking my order. I told the lady no ice for my drink but she proceeded to put in the ice. I asked to take the ice out and she rudely replied that she had already put in the ice. I find that she is unreasonable and her attitude to her customers are very poor. I hope Mr Bean will do something to change the bad attitude of their rude employees.
