Service is good! Pleasant and warm. Delivery of food is efficient! The eggplant was great and bitter gourd egg was well done as well! Sweet and sour pork was fresh and nicely cooked. 😊👏🏻

Exceptional customer service from Jojo, ensuring our order are in place and soup refill timely. Both soups tasted so delicious, 1st time to try the Apple and pear with sweet surprise. Brinjal and tofu are highly recommended. Fried Chicken abit salty based on my tolerance but is good per other diner. Overall is a good lunch

I visited recently and had a great time. The food was very tasty and fresh, and everything was cooked just right. The service was friendly and fast, and the staff made sure we had what we needed. The restaurant is clean and cozy, which made our meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for good food and friendly service

I ordered two soups yesterday , one ABC soup and one snow pear soup, plus some other food. I spent nearly 50 dollars on these takeaways. However, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food, especially the snow pear soup. 100 percent of the spareribs in the pear soup were extremely hard. I couldn't chew them at all. This is totally unacceptable. I don't think this is the quality that a soup shop like Lao Huo Tang should provide. I will never order takeaway from your store again.

Been frequenting this outlet with my family for several years now, waiting time does not take very long, food is consistent and reasonably priced. Wait staff were also very attentive and quick to deliver the service we need. Would definitely come back here more often.
