For a drink that costed $8+, quite disappointed that the staff shook and mixed the cloud foam completely before passing it over to me. I pay extra for the foam for what 🥲

Just ordered a cup of orh nee milk tea (17july 9pm), unable to even see any amounts of orh nee from all angles. Either the workers did not put any in or put in a pathetic amount of it. Went to clarify with the female worker and she said she would remake a new one. A few minutes later I saw the other male worker take a drink from the grab bag which had drinks that were made for other customers, pasted a new sticker on and passed it to me. Secondly, drink was ready since 8.59pm as stated on the sticker but grab only notified me at 930pm probably due to the workers not bothering to state that the order was ready on their end. Pictures attached is the supposed “new drink” they made which looks the exact same and does not have any visible orh nee at all. Clarified with him again and he claimed he did make a new one. So either he did not even make a new one or he didn’t bother to even pass me the new drink and gave me an old one instead (that could have been made god knows how long ago. 30mins/1h?). If you are unwilling to make a new drink and lack the decency to actually pass it to your customer, why bother even offering to do so? Hope koi notices this and does something about it. Rarely even post reviews but this was a horrible experience.

I love it that they have Koi here in Sembawang but the staff took 15mins for 01drink order and that young chinese lady short hair wearing specs at the counter called my number and ask for my receipt? U already know i ordered and u called my number for my drink order and why the need to still ask and need receipt? It's ridiculous. Staff don't trust customers isit nowadays?

if the app says i have to wait 3 minutes for my drink, but in actual fact i have to wait 14 minutes, i wouldn't have bought a drink to begin with.

Bought from sunplaza outlet around 12.45pm and when collecting the drink, saw your staff (the one making drinks) tying her shoelace with gloves on, and tucking into her shoes. Whats the purpose of wearing gloves then??
