Very disappointing experience. I ordered a plate of mixed rice with braised pork balls, but when I cut into the pork ball, the inside was noticeably pink and appeared soft/undercooked. I was concerned about the food safety and did not feel comfortable eating it. I approached the stall and raised my concern, but the staff insisted that the pork ball was fully cooked. However, no explanation or reassurance was given regarding how the pork was cooked or whether the internal temperature had been checked. I decided not to take the risk and threw away the entire plate of food, which was a waste of both food and money. I understand that pork can sometimes remain pink even when cooked, but when the food looks like this, I expect the stall to take the customer's concern seriously and offer a replacement or properly reheat it.

Ordered food for takeaway, short haired lady behind the counter just packed the food, placed the container in a plastic bag and lightly threw the packaging on the tray when I reached out for it and said thanks. I like your food but your attitude irks me. I’m not expecting a 5-star treatment but if you don’t have to be rude. To the rest of the staff, thanks for the delicious food, but I will reconsider other stalls if I see that specific lady again in the future. I don’t owe you anything.

The guy with short hair is so rude and he stared at me to provoke me for no reason. The food is so bad compared to the branch I have in another place.
