Ordered 5+pm , Late delivery for close to 2 hours. Called 3 times to expedite and finally got it by 730pm! Restaurant apologies in the call that the lateness is because of new system , Do u think it’s reasonable? And food was slanted to the side. Had adjusted to center when taking pic Pic. Drumlets overburnt , Taste wise was soso ,maybe ruin by the late delivery 🚚. Restaurant should compensate but didn’t!

Canadian pizza cannot make it already. Their kitchen got no system. U will have riders all waiting outside for orders and see stacks of pizza here and there in the outlet with no system in place to expedite the orders. Very disorganize hence why the food is always cold when arrive and always late. Blame their workflow in the kitchen. Either the managers are incompetent to even organize the workflow or canadian pizza is just “cannot make it” already. Just picture this, dominos can expedite the order within 45 mins and canadian took 3 hrs minimum and sometimes 4-5 hrs to deliver their pizza. Both through their hotline or even grabfood same outcome. Late and cold food.

Got their Deepavali special festive menu. Delivery on time. Highlights include the Tandoori Chicken Tikka Pizza (Festive), featuring marinated tandoori chicken on a minty tomato base with onions, mozzarella, coriander, and a touch of lemon for a vibrant, mildly spicy taste. The Butter Chicken Pizza (All time), is a creamy, flavourful option with butter chicken gravy, chicken chunks, mushrooms, red chilli, and coriander, offering a bold, spicy kick. Other treats include Tandoori Chicken with Mint Sauce (Festive), a mildly spicy, smoky dish, and refreshing Quenchers like Mango Lassi and Canadian Maple Berry Twist.

Not even worth a star. I purchased two vouchers from Shopee and wanted to redeem them at the outlet. Without checking or scanning the barcodes on my vouchers, the staff said that they had already been redeemed. I honestly suspect the staff used my vouchers. Now, I can't even get a refund from Shopee. Purchase vouchers from Shopee at your own risk! Shopee and Canadian pizza covering up for each other openly! Worst pizza restaurant ever!

Delivery took quite around 1.5 hour, pizza came without cheese powder, driver left pizza on top of the shoe rack (note there’s no plastic covering the boxes), topped up 2.5 to upgrade my drink in the set to ice blended cookie crunch and got this sloshy drink without only 60% of the cup filled. Disappointed.
