This is my second time within week here. My friend and I were passing through after 2pm last Monday. Multi Storey Parking with lift was readily available 20-30m directly opposite. First time I came to have coffee and tarpau-ed Chee Cheong Fun Yong Tau Fu. Second time yesterday morning. Wife had Yong Tau Fu, my friend had the same and I had Roti John. We found it good but did not notice anything unusual for food and service quality. The curry puff (triangular shaped) was good and we took home 6 for tea. Noted on the service quality of other readers’ on this site. Will monitor and update over the next few visits.

Very bad experience due to one rude staff member. She did not clearly inform me of the price, but later insisted that she had already said it, which is not true. Her attitude was defensive and unprofessional instead of trying to clarify the misunderstanding. The service from this lady was very poor. However, I want to say that the other staff were polite and nice. Unfortunately, this one person really spoiled the overall experience

The coffee store is rude and abrasive. Been there several times and the staff are curt and impatient. If you change your mind while ordering, they nutter under their breath on how indecisive you are. If you don't tell them it's an order for eating in or taking out they don't clarify but mock you by stating they are not mind readers. I've now stopped purchasing drinks due to the service and not to forget, the relatively high prices for drinks with a large serving of ice instead.

The Prata stall allows people to jump Q, and do not observe 1st come-1st serve rule. They have no manners and bad attitude and would simply give a "if you not happy, dun spend your money at stall", when queried. So avoid this prata stall because this is their message to you.

We usually buy our food and drinks from this coffee shop. Today, the milo ice(x2)we purchased from the drinks stall was sour! There goes $5.60 down the drain! What a waste of money...
