Extremely rude staff. I was the only customer in the shop and ordered via the kiosk so I wouldn’t disturb her while she was cleaning the place. The receipt printed is facing the kitchen, so I didn’t notice or take it. When the drink is ready (in less than 1 min cos i am the only customer), she insisted I must show the receipt, even though she clearly saw me ordering and there was no one else around. I told her the exact details of my order, which matched the drink she made, yet she STILL refused to give it. Only when another customer walked in did she reluctantly hand it over, in a very very very hostile manner. Honestly, it doesn’t pay to be kind — I should’ve just asked her to come over and take my order instead of using the kiosk. Horrible attitude and terrible service.

I made my order at 7.38, only got my drink at 8.02pm, and when I ordered the queue number was 326, I was number 329. Waited 25 minutes with only 2 customers in front of me, both customers also only ordered 1 each. Took the staff 24 minute to make 3 bubble teas for customers. She was settling the grab orders but what about the customers standing there waiting? There was also only one person working. This outlet should make sure there is enough staff. Or they should stop grab orders if the staff cannot handle it

Very rude (manager) When open until now .I haven’t seen any staff good attitude.we are in My Village everyday.1week buy 3-4 time .My friends and my customers they all complain Koi staff (Rude).if she don’t want to work go home sleep.

Splendid KOI outlet. Staff are nice, my bubble tea orders always get completed quickly. Love my bubble teas from this outlet!
