One of my favourite BBQ seafood spots in SG 😍🔥 FU BBQ SEAFOOD 福烧烤 seriously got some super addictive dishes 👀 My absolute favourite is their Fried Garlic Sambal Stingray 🐟🌶️ Really hard to find this style elsewhere! Their homemade sambal already super fragrant on its own, but adding the fried garlic inside makes the flavour and texture next level shiok 🤤 Their chili crayfish also must try 🦞 Fresh, meaty and packed with flavour 👍 Honestly their sambal sotong, lala and gong gong all legit damn good too 😋 Perfect supper spot to gather with friends and family! Definitely a place I’ll come back again 👏🔥

Board showing sizes at $15, $20 and $25. However, I was told the stingray starts from $20, perhaps because the smaller size wasn't available that day. Honestly, the $20 portion felt quite small, and I was expecting something more substantial for the price. Not a deal breaker, but it did leave me a little disappointed. The bigger issue was the waiting time. The order took an extremely long time, and after waiting quite a while, I went back to check. *How Long? well we had finished all other stuff which we had ordered AFTER ordering the stingray 1st_thats why i said Long Was told "soon, soon", which made me wonder if my order had been forgotten. Food was decent enough, but between the small portion and the long wait, the overall experience was a mixed one. Hopefully it was just an off day, as Chomp Chomp is usually worth the trip.

The sambal stingray combo with rice, vegetables, and egg was absolutely fantastic—one of the best meals I had in Singapore. Great taste and great value. The lady at the stall kindly helped me find a seat, which made the experience even better. It was a small gesture, but it really stood out. Highly recommended!

Not BBQ fish. Pan fried then placed on banana leaf then topped up with sambal. Specially ordered a leather jacket fish for the tenderness and juiciness even though it's too big for 2. They pan fried the fish till the exterior is hard. Internal is dry. Can't even bite off. Spoilt a perfectly good fish. Lousy chef. Super angry. Don't know why still can get recommended and score high ranking.

Excellent food here! We had their signatures on this visit to Stall 20, and absolutely enjoyed the bbq stingray, sambal clams, sambal petai, oyster omelette and many more. They serve prawn paste chicken wings too, which my kids absolutely adored. Overall a really good experience.
