Good service and good quality as always. Had to wait a while before being seated but don’t think so reservations are needed.

All the dishes were delicious and well presented. Staff were attentive and welcoming. We loved the free flow snacks and ice cream, which made the dining experience more enjoyable. Another great place for a family lunch or dinner.

Been going to various XX outlets and their food is actually quite good, so this round brought my Dad to try their Spicy Bullfrog. However, C1 outlet actually have quite a few usual favorites omitted from their menu, and we only realised after placing the order that their Bullfrog dish comes with Chicken Feet. When the dish arrived, it was more of the dry version, and whilst looking for the Bullfrog to pick for my Dad, I counted there were less than 1 Whole Bullfrog and at least 6 Chicken Feet. I highlighted this to the staff, both the staff and outlet in-charge explained that their dishes are by weight, and not by pieces. But I told them that the Spicy Bullfrog dish from their other outlets had at least 3 Bullfrogs, so they told me that if we really like a certain dish, we may visit other specific outlets the next time. I replied that there will be elderly with mobility issues that would still like to checkout their restaurant which is nearest for their convenience, and also, there will always be customers who will visit their outlets specifically for that Bullfrog or other dishes. They should offer alternative options instead. In addition, they shouldn't think that just by adding few measly pieces of the Bullfrog to the more-like a Chicken Feet dish, they can charge a premium price. In anyways, I've also added that generally, their dishes still taste good overall so we'll skip that Bullfrog dish in C1 outlet next time. During payment, the in-charge waived that dish off from my bill which I wasn't expecting nor requested at all. Kudos to them 👍 Saving
