Tried Tonkatsu Ton Ton recently and came away impressed. The tonkatsu was fried beautifully — crispy, light, and golden on the outside while remaining juicy and tender inside. The breading stayed crunchy throughout the meal and wasn’t overly greasy. The staff was warm, attentive, and welcoming. Food arrived promptly, and the team was happy to assist with our requests, making us feel genuinely well taken care of. A great spot for anyone craving Japanese comfort food paired with excellent hospitality. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Much better than their previous franchise of Milan Shokudo. We tried the following Mentai Mayo Rosu Kotsu set (4/5) prefer the original with tonkotsu sauce and Rosu Kotsu Don (4.5/5) and their special promotion scallop butter for $2.85 (3/5, too oily and more like fried scallops). Be prepared that your clothes will smell very oily when dine in, but overall good value for money.

Not worth saving money to come here for tonkatsu.. There are way better options out there. Yes, the quality of tonkatsu matches the price point, in my opinion, but I’d rather go for more expensive options with better quality. There is also a lot of room for improvement in terms of their service quality here. The wait for the food orders to come was way too long (close to 30 mins) when it was not peak hours yet (this was about 11.35 am)

The main item could be better. There was a stench of oil in the air the whole time, and my clothes got an oily smell. Worst of all was the tonkatsu — it was small, overly soft, and lacked flavor. They had all the components (shredded cabbage, soup, etc) but taste wise was lacking, even if the price was more economical.

Hygiene is an issue. There is fish scale inside the salad. Feedback to their staff, but they did not say anything apologetic. The environment is not so good doesn’t feel air-conditioned
