My wife & I frequent Stuff'd food at NEX, we often buy Chicken Kebab and they are great. Last night my wife bought Chicken Kebab at Sengkang Square just before 9:30pm, not only the Kebab is smaller than usual, it was filled with chicken skins (fats) - see photo. We have never had chicken skins inside a Kebab before, this is totally unacceptable. 9-Jun update: Owner responded asking to email which I did more than a week ago but no reply so far, waste of my time responding to the owner? 4-Jul update: After I sent a reminder email one month later, was told they did not receive my first email (?). They have apologized & provided a QR code to redeem a Kebab as a replacement.

The sauce portion was very small, and the kebab wasn’t even heated properly. One side was still cold when I ate it, which suggests it was wrapped and served before being fully heated. The quality has really gone downhill, and the food is no longer as enjoyable as it used to be. Very disappointed with this experience.

Very little meat—barely 2 tablespoons of minced chicken. The portion was really disappointing and not worth the price. Definitely not recommended.

My goodness!!! Cut costs??? Used to be one box full.. Now less than half! And then chicken given is pathetically lesser than last time.

ordered a chicken kebab and very small amount of vegetables and one scoop of chicken. before checking a scale, a casher put it in the bag quickly. this kind of greedy brand should close the door as they don't aim to provide a quality food but take money from customer. instead of replying to the review here, better to check doing like a mystery shopper if you really matter
