Very good place to fix your craving of Mala hotpot with reasonable price. Good for families with kids as they offer sets with unlimited flow of drinks and ice-cream. Their ingredients are fresh as well. Personally the portion of food is large.

Shi Li Fang Hot Pot has some quite friendly staff and some alright food. I got the $9.90 Lunch meal set and chose the pork luncheon and sausage combo set with chicken soup and to top it all of, a free flow lemon tea, chicken Soup was tasty and the meats were good. The one thing this has going for it is that it’s cheap compared to other hotpot places so if you want hotpot but only have like $20. Everything else is good too, staff friendly and nice and they even have extra stuff like a plastic bag for your mask. Overall, good place to get cheap hotpot.

Bit overpriced despite went there during off peak and after 50% off of the ala carte items, especially the soup base at 16.5 for 3 type of soups. We enquired and the server mentioned 2-3 types same price, but apparently they have different rates. Good thing is that they are not so crowded during off peak.

Worth the price with the set meals! Food: We got the japanese wagyu beef set for 2 pax and it was well portioned, plenty of meat, 2 baskets of vegetables to our liking and a complimentary plate of extra ingredient. Add on a $1 for free flow drinks and dessert and the sauce. Food was decent and soup was good, got the japanese bone broth and mushroom soup. I personally prefer the bone broth, not too salty or too much (intensity) for me! Everything was fresh and by the end of it i don’t feel like i’m too full or still hungry. Great portion Service: Staff were all really friendly and eager to help. Recommended us the most ordered set meal and also guide us through the ordering. Food came fast and everything was smooth - They provide clothes freshener sprays in case you feel the soup smell stuck to your clothes hahaa Atmosphere: Quirky colours and many soft toys hahaha good for families too! Overall a good place to get a hotpot craving fix!!

The food here is good n same standard with the other branches. The only thing i felt is 1 of the waitress a bit impatient n the way she say prob straight to the point but it can offend the customers big time n may cause customers don't come back to the same outlet. She need to go for customer sevice training.
