The place was not crowded, making it easy to find a table. It is suitable for both big and small families. The manager and service crew were friendly and professional. There is a good variety of food available, and items are replenished quite quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys this type of hotpot. The price is also quite affordable.
View on GoogleWe were seated comfortably almost immediately upon arrival, as the place was not packed or noisy, despite being weekend. Quite comfy ambience! We ordered 2 rounds of meat (pork, chicken, beef) which staff delivered expeditiously and also picked up a few platefuls of vege. A good mix of ingredients (which we thoroughly enjoyed) without over-eating (from the buffet). Staff were conscientiously attentive and helpful. They kindly pointed out the curry beef, which was a recently-added or new item. We were impressed by the hospitality of Nathaniel and Rose, who attended to our table. Good job!

View on GoogleVisited for lunch and found the food to be decent, with an average variety—while enjoyable, there are comparable options at a similar price point. That said, I appreciate their effort in introducing a new broth, and the sayur lodeh was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the dining experience took a turn when we noticed a cockroach crawling on the seat. We immediately informed the staff, who promptly addressed the situation, but it understandably diminished our appetite. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any dining establishment, and I hope they take steps to improve this moving forward.
View on GoogleWarm temperature, not sure if the aircon unit is controllable from the restaurant itself. Food choice is limited and Lunch ser at $15.90 does not include drinks or Dessert as compared to Hot Pot Paradise which include drinks dessert and ice cream. Sides are limited as there are not much choice to go for other than fries and buns. Beef serving are only pork belly and no other parts like liver or organs. Improvement on. Additional side dish like fry noodle or fry rice would add extra value to the meal.
