First time ate at compass one outlet. Staff service is good and attentive! We came over on 28 august around 4.25pm. Soup is good, we all ordered Teochew Pork Bone with Dried Shrimp Soup Base. The standard of the soup same with the outlet at westgate. The difference is west gate there is soft drink machine. My parent like the fried rice. The sliced fish is good, we ordered portion for 4 pax, and we love it!

Located at level 3 inside Compass One mall. Outlet isn't very big, abit cramp inside be it seating or food arrangement. Had their dinner on weekday, 80mins per seating. Washroom available on site.

I’ve been coming to this Paradise Hot Pot Compass branch for many years, and what truly keeps me coming back is the people. The service has always been warm, sincere, and professional — especially XiuQin, Siew Chen, Lin Yuam, and everyone else on the team. Even though there are other branches, I still choose this one. Every staff member, including those I may not know personally, treats customers with genuine care and makes you feel welcomed, almost like visiting old friends. This kind of heartfelt consistency is rare, and it’s what makes this place so special to me. Thank you to XiuQin, Siew Chen, Lin Yuam, and the entire team for keeping such a wonderful spirit all these years. If you’re looking for a hot pot place that feels like home, with staff who truly care, this is definitely the one to visit.

Excellent food and ambience. The staff was really good and attentive. We ordered the dumplings, the Hainanese chicken, soups and noodles! Amazing!!!
