Was told by the staff that the waiting time is 30 mins but end up waited for 45 mins and one pack of soup (for noodle with soup only) was omitted which I had paid extra for it.

Long waiting time for food, we ordered at around 2.57pm and only received it around 30mins later. Both tables surrounding us had already received their orders even though they came after us. And it wasnt a peak period yet the service was slow. Service staff were seen idling around and not paying attention to the customer. We only got our food after asking the staff. When we received our food, the noodles were cold as if it had been left out for a long time and the herbal soup only came with 3 slices of pork. Very disappointed with this experience and service.

Had the pork noodles after a long day. Very satisfying comfort food.Highly recommanded
