The service from the staff was very good and efficient. They recommended my latest chrysanthemum series. Their chrysanthemum aiyu really has a big chrysanthemum in it.The taste is very refreshing and makes people want to buy back.😍

Only two service crews, they can't handle the orders at the stall. Super long waiting time after place the order. When order online or kiosk, will never know how long waiting time, have to just stand there long period for order to be ready. Please allocate more staff, the two staffs are so busy preparing the orders, top up ingredients and at the same time take order for walk in customer.

The jellies and pearls tasted too artificially sweet. The mochis were ok. But in general, it was like having a bowl of kid's sweets in fruit flavours. Not really a fan of it.

Staff are usually friendly and tend to remember my orders! They make sure that sold out items are also quickly informed to the customers as they are very observant. They are also very efficient in making orders, even during rush hour. Would come again!
